As an associate, David plays a key role in case preparation, legal research, and supporting the litigation team in matters involving pipeline easements, road and highway takings, utility condemnations, and other eminent domain issues affecting property owners across Texas.

Academic Achievements & Early Legal Experience
During his time at William & Mary Law School, David demonstrated a keen interest in property and policy matters. His student note addressing federal lands was selected for publication by the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Journal, showcasing his research and writing abilities.
Adding to his foundational legal experience, David clerked for Senator Ted Cruz on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, gaining valuable insight into the legislative and judicial processes.
