Clint Schumacher, who joined Dawson & Sodd earlier this year, is also the host of a great podcast that focuses on eminent domain and condemnation. During Clint’s transition to our firm, the podcast was in hiatus, but it’s now back!

Hamilton Bank of Johnson City and its relevance to a current case that is soon to be heard by the Supreme Court — Knick v. Township of Scott.
