About B. Tyler Milton
Partner Tyler Milton joined Dawson & Sodd in 2010. He previously practiced condemnation law representing both condemnors and landowners, but since joining Dawson & Sodd has focused exclusively on the defense of property owners and their rights. He has successfully represented clients against condemning authorities at the local, county, and state levels involving various types of takings from residential, commercial, industrial, and rural properties. He has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year since 2014.
About Hayley Ailshie Nanasi
Associate attorney Hayley Ailshie Nanasi joined Dawson & Sodd in 2019. She received her bachelors degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2005 and her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 2009. Her practice focuses on real estate, eminent domain, inverse condemnation, commercial litigation, zoning, planning and land use. She has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list each year since 2019.
