Glenn Sodd
Glenn Sodd is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, focusing primarily on eminent domain litigation for the past 35 years. He graduated from Baylor Law School in 1972 at the top of his class and with the highest grades in the school’s history.
Not only has Glenn been named a Super Lawyer for fourteen consecutive years now, but he was also named one of 100 Best Trial Lawyers in America in 1985 by Town & Country magazine.
Jody Sodd McSpadden
Jody Sodd McSpadden has been selected for the Texas Rising Stars annual list published by Thomas Reuters for eminent domain for three consecutive years between 2005 and 2007. She also made the list again for 2014 and 2015.
Matt Hurt
Matt Hurt has been practicing with our firm since 2011. His exclusive focus is on condemnation litigation and eminent domain. Matt graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2001, and was president of the school’s Texas Aggie Bar Association.
He has made the Texas Super Lawyers list in 2014, 2015 and now 2016, as well as the Texas Rising Stars list in 2005, 2013 and 2014.
B. Tyler Milton
Tyler Milton has been practicing with us since 2010 defending property owners in condemnation cases. He graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2006.
Tyler has clerked in the Counterterrorism Section of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and was selected to the Order of Barristers during his time at law school. He has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star for three consecutive years: 2014, 2015 and 2016.
